I empathize that federal government programs are arduous to navigate and I have adjusted my office policies numerous times to determine how best to serve my clients in the most cost-effective, compassionate, and efficient manner possible.
Every client has different needs and my goal is to condense complex information into a digestible format to help individuals become their own best advocates. I hope that one day all workers are treated with equal dignity under law.
I am also advocating for federal civilian workers on a national level with the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG) and I continuously work to develop public policy and legislative solutions for a better future for all workers.
