Our Story

Faliero Law Firm was founded in 2020.

Originally opened to provide legal representation services to federal workers with OWCP FECA claims, we eventually expanded to provide additional legal services for Federal Disability Retirement and Social Security Disability claims, as well as legal resources.

In 2024, attorney and founder Christina (Faliero) Lococo became a mother.

After the birth of her daughter, she decided to step back from business ownership, converting her solo legal practice to a legal resource hub for federal workers.

To continue serving federal workers, she is now working in association with law firm Brown and Goodkin to provide legal representation services.

Transitioning from a solo legal practice to a legal resource hub for federal workers.

Our mission is to provide compassionate legal advocacy for federal workers navigating complex federal workers’ compensation and disability laws.

Faliero Law Firm is a virtual business based in Washington.
